| My client, a leading New York based hedge fund, is seeking a strong Java programmer to help develop an innovative automated trading platform |

You will work closely with the traders and Quant Researchers to design and implement a real-time, large scale, multi market, distributed trading system.
The firm are very forward thinking and consistently make use of SOA and Design Patterns.
They are looking for someone with strong Java programming skills, who has had exposure to some of the following technologies: Linux, Java 6, SQL, Hibernate, AJAX and JMS.
Financial experience is not necessary for this role, but could be useful. More essential is a genuine passion for coding and Java. |
